Our Story

Thank you for visiting our page. My name is Robin and I am Victoria's mother, fierce catastrophic brain injury advocate, and number one fan. I have placed the initial landing page of the beginning of Victoria's story on the page "Home, The Beginning" if anyone wishes to know where this journey started. Our landing page is designed to be hopeful, encouraging and inspiring to anyone who is touched by Catastrophic Brain Injury. May you all be blessed by her story.
Please allow us to take a moment to tell you about my daughter Victoria Faith McNabb and her life altering story.
Born on January 22, 1993, Victoria is a 29 year old mother of Ronan who is now eight years old. Victoria was full of life. She was an honor student, gifted pianist, artist, ballroom dancer, and spent most of her time with her son Ronan.

May 22, 2015
On Friday, May 22, of 2015 (Memorial Day Weekend) Victoria Faith was walking to cross the street (yes, a pedestrian) to catch the bus. A driver that crashed his vehicle into her was traveling 45+ mph. The impact of the car caused a massive hematoma on the left side of her head. Then the car knocked her 53 feet in the air causing the second blow to Victoria's head. As she landed on her face the impact knocked out a front tooth and broke nearly every bone in her face. Victoria Faith now suffers from Catastrophic Traumatic Brain Injury. Her brain had over 16 hemorrhages and sheared the gray and white matter. At the time of the trauma either on the road or in the ER, she experienced a mild stroke or a series of mini strokes. This has added to the complications that has severely affected the left side of her body.
Victoria Faith was admitted to the neuro-trauma ICU for 21 days and the trauma unit for nine. After leaving the hospital she went to Care Partners, a C.A.R.F. accredited facility. For the next 81 days Victoria received basic therapy for her condition. I was told that as long as she was progressing the therapy would continue. However, because the progress was slow, I was told her only options were to go home or to a nursing home. With only few exceptions, I have been by her side as much as possible, caring for her, doing therapy, feeding her a quality pureed meal and making sure the environment is healthy and happy.

WHY VICTORIA FAITH NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT BELIEVING IN THE MANIFESTATION OF A MIRACLE
Victoria Faith had enough work history to qualify for SSD but very little since she was 22 years old at the time. In November 2017, Robin finally got her home and began to get her off all pharmaceutical drugs. Victoria Faith has ever since coming home been medication free, medically stable, never ever sick, and zero negative mental health issues. There has been massive advocating for her to have all she needs to have a better quality of life through LOTS OF LOVE, supplementation, essential oils, brain wave frequency sounds, massage therapy, chiropractic therapy, quantum physics application and the latest we are so excited about is Dr. Sandra Rose Michael's Energy Enhancement System. We travel as often as possible to Hot Springs, NC to be in this healing environment. Prayerfully, we will be able to have the EESystem in our home soon.
How to Help
Volunteer help is greatly needed. If you have a little extra time to help the family out, there are a lot of things that go into the basic care for Victoria. From assisting in & out of the van driving her to appointments, taking her out for walks in the fresh air, help with groceries or laundry, and just to sit with her and talk and interact during the day. If you would be willing to do any of that, please feel free to contact us, your time would be greatly appreciated.
